Regarding today's incident:

Today after the test server we have expected to move our main server to a new upgraded machine which usually takes about an hour or two.
That being the case, after moving files of our main server to the new hosting machine it became heavily unstable due to some sort of hardware failure.
After the hardware failure was reported we were hoping for it to be replaced within acceptable time period to avoid rebuilding game worlds on the old machine.
However, that was not the case as the failing piece of hardware became difficult to locate and therefore we had to move back to the old machine to avoid even
more downtime.

After a few more hours since we have launched the game we have received a message that the machine was replaced as a whole and it is good to go.
Therefore a scheduled downtime once again is likely to happen on Monday, 16.03.2020 right after server save to perform and finish the upgrade we have started today.

Also, as a compensation three days of premium were added to premium players and two days of premium (for the weekend) were added to every free account players.

We do very much do apologize for the inconveniences. Please note it was as unexpected to us as it was to you.

Please notice that due to coronavirus the Internet in general is heavily overloaded. This is not an issue from Medivia as our servers are in fact functioning properly.

Medivia game worlds are perfectly capable of handling all the load from players which is necessary to create a smooth gaming experience.

If you experience kicks or lags it is more than likely it's an issue somewhere between your location and the game server itself.
The issue in pretty much all cases does not lie within the game server, but rather within a node which your connection goes through before reaching Medivia.
