Dear players

As most of you already know since it has been thoroughly discussed on our official Discord server we will be launching a totally new PvPE world "Strife" with strictly restricted season of 2 months after which the world will be shutdown and top 10 players will receive special Strife points on their account to either spend on being permanently transferred to Pendulum or to gather more for interesting rewards after a few seasons of Strife.

The idea of Strife is to be PvP Enforced which means you will receive experience points for killing higher leveled players. Also, killing higher leveled players will be fully justified and therefore you won't receive any unjustified kill which might lead to a banishment. The rates will be the same as Pendulum including double amount of kills required for a red skull and banishment.

Between each Strife season there will be one month off during which you will be able to transfer to Pendulum (if you are within top 10) and later on register for a new season.

There will be no blessings and no amulet of loss on Strife. Also, the find person spell will have a vague description without any direction.

Below you can find more information about Strife:

The world is now open for registration. It will be launched at Friday of 12.07.2019 20:00 CEST.

I'm used to the date and time notation in the US, and they have posted as such before, but on this maybe I'm mistaken.

Dear players

There were several changes made to Strife and that is including:

Free access to Shakir
Free access to Foreign Lands
Free access to Queens Followers
Free access to the Thaian and Lightbringer hunting grounds
Free access to Abominations in Forgula

Keys that were removed:
Abukir: Key 7000, 7001, 7003, 7004, 7007, 7009, 7010
Forgula: Key 6033, 6044, 6128, 6320, 6322
Garrogat: Key 6010

Some tips:
The ancient golem 7000 key quest reward changed from key 7000 to 10k.
Keep in mind that quests such as access to Abukir, Exploring the north are small and still have to be done.

I want to point out that with this type of unjust system, there is massive incentive for using noob characters rather than your main char to fight. With higher exp rates and no unjusts, we will see massive mobs of level 30 SD chars acting with more or less impunity across the server. Noob char actions are already one of the most cancerous aspects of Medivia, and forcing people to fight on level 30s when both teams already have main chars to play isn't fun, however when losing a war it becomes an unavoidable necessity.

I think Strife will be a success either way, but it can't hurt to hammer out some of the easier to miss details. If you ask anyone who has played large scale pvp on Medivia, they will all tell you how noob wars become a necessary way to manage unjustified kills. It becomes exponentially worse when those characters are free to take as many kills as they want without red.
